Getting Started

How do I sign up for Prep2PlaySports?

Click 'Get Started' on our homepage, enter your email and create a password. You'll need to complete your profile with your water polo experience and goals to get personalized session recommendations.

Do I need any special equipment?

No special equipment needed! Just a stable internet connection. For pool sessions, you'll need access to a pool and basic water polo equipment.

How do I join my first session?

Browse our sessions page, find a session that interests you, and click 'Join Session'. Premium sessions require an active subscription. Live sessions include video links that become active 30 minutes before start time.

Sessions & Mentors

What types of sessions are available?

We offer live group sessions, 1-on-1 mentoring, technique analysis, game strategy discussions, mental preparation workshops, and position-specific training. Sessions range from beginner to elite level.

Can I ask questions during live sessions?

Absolutely! All live sessions include interactive Q&A segments. You can ask questions via chat or unmute yourself when invited by the mentor. We encourage participation!

Are sessions recorded?

Yes, all sessions are recorded and available in your member library within 24 hours. You can watch them anytime, take notes, and share with teammates (premium feature).

Subscriptions & Billing

How much does a subscription cost?

Our Monthly Mentor Pass is $29.99/month and includes unlimited access to all live sessions, recorded content library, and exclusive events. Cancel anytime with no commitments.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees or commitments.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

I'm having trouble joining a video session

First, check your internet connection and browser permissions for camera/microphone. Try refreshing the page or using a different browser. If issues persist, contact support for immediate assistance.

Can I use the platform on mobile?

Yes! Our platform works on all devices. For the best experience on mobile, we recommend using Chrome or Safari browsers. Our mobile app is coming soon.

What if I miss a live session?

No worries! All sessions are recorded and available in your member library. You can watch at your own pace and still benefit from the content.
