You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Our platform is designed for water polo education and mentorship. You may use it to attend sessions, interact with mentors, and access educational content as intended.
You may not use our platform for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, share inappropriate content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with platform functionality.
All user-generated content must be respectful, relevant, and appropriate. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our community standards.
During live sessions, maintain respectful behavior, follow mentor instructions, and contribute positively to the learning environment.
Premium subscriptions provide unlimited access to live sessions and recorded content. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for subscription fees and any applicable taxes.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. After the first 7 days, refunds are provided at our sole discretion.
We may modify subscription prices with 14 days advance notice. Updated pricing applies to future billing periods after the notice window.
All platform content, including videos, training materials, software, and design, is owned by Prep2PlaySports or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to use it for platform operation, improvement, and promotion of our services.
Session recordings and mentor-created content remain the intellectual property of Prep2PlaySports and participating mentors. Unauthorized distribution is prohibited.
We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices. Users who repeatedly infringe copyrights may have their accounts terminated.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability.
Our content is for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or improvements in athletic performance. Always consult qualified professionals for personalized advice.
You acknowledge that athletic training, strength work, and nutrition changes involve inherent risks. By using our guidance, you assume responsibility for your participation and outcomes, including injury, illness, or adverse effects.
We integrate with third-party services (Stripe, Zoom, etc.) but are not responsible for their availability, security, or performance. Their own terms apply to their services.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Canceled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose security risks. Serious violations may result in immediate termination.
Upon termination, your access to premium content ceases immediately. We may retain some data for legal and operational purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Before account deletion, you may request an export of your data. We will provide this in a standard format within 30 days of your request.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our platform will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
