Scoring Against a Zone: How Ryder Dodd Finds Space, Attacks Gaps, and Finishes

Ryder Dodd uses game film to explain how scorers attack a zone without forcing low-percentage shots. He covers moving off the ball to create separation, recognizing 3-4-5 zone structure, choosing when to pass or shoot, and making the catch ready to attack. The session also focuses on an athlete’s next-shot mindset, decisive fakes, varied shooting options, accurate pass location, and finishing with confidence when a defender or goalie takes away the first look.
