“My 9 year old son has been working with Prep2Play for the last several months and has had an incredible experience so far. He has been receiving online coaching and video review of his water polo games as well as strength and conditioning coaching. The coaching is high level and has helped him improve tremendously. The coaches and have done an amazing job to meet him at his level and tailor the programming to meet his needs. Working remotely with a 9 year old is not the easiest, but the coaches do a fantastic job of keeping him fully engaged throughout the entire session. He loves spending time with the coaches and wants to continue to work with Prep2Play to help him continue to achieve his water polo goals.”

At Prep2PlaySports, we live by Dave Brailsford’s “aggregation of marginal gains.” Just as the once‑struggling British cycling team transformed itself by improving hundreds of tiny details by just 1 percent, we help athletes squeeze out those same slivers of progress in the three areas that move the needle most: strength training, nutrition, and film study.
A slightly sharper lift program, a marginally cleaner diet, a few extra minutes dissecting game footage— each tweak may feel small on its own, but together they compound into a gap‑closing surge of performance. Only about 2 percent of high‑school athletes earn Division I roster spots; the next 3 percent are heartbreakingly close. Our philosophy is to make sure our athletes never settle into that almost‑there group.
By stacking dozens of everyday 1 percent wins, we turn potential into predictable progress—so when a college coach is choosing those scarce D1 slots, our athletes stand firmly in the top 2 percent.
Film reviews, game strategy, leadership sessions with former and current D1 athletes.
Custom, sport-specific plans crafted by real college-level coaches.
